I spent just over a week in Greece in October of 2004 in a resort town called Kamena Vourla. I’ve been nuts over Greek mythology ever since I can remember, so this trip was a dream come true.

And if you’re a fan of cats? I encourage you to visit Santorini.They have a large stray cat population and they spy on you and follow you everywhere you go. They don’t get close enough to you for you to pet them, which is a good thing, but they’ll definitely make you laugh. :)

Scotland was the first country I visited outside England and it was beautiful! A weekend there was hardly enough and someday I’ll make it back there. :)

Three friends and I went to Rome in November of 2004 and had an absolutely incredible time! The normal tourist destinations aside, I highly recommend making time to meander around Vatican City. It’s a place like no other!

My friend Tanner and I took a weekend trip to Norway in November of 2004 and I learned a few things during that trip:

1. Always research currency exchange rates
2. Research currency exchange rates
3. Pay attention to the stops along the train route so you don’t travel an hour and a half past your stop :)

Outside London but still in England, Canterbury was by far my favorite city. To this day, I can’t fully explain why, but I visited every chance I got and fell in love with it every single time. :)

These were taken in Oxford in October of 2004. The students I was living with and I were all on a field trip and I spent the afternoon wandering around, taking photos and buying a few books.
